I have gotten scared alone when I watch something scary on the History Channel about the bible or about the devil and his demons. Have you ever felt the presence of these demons? I sure do at times and man its so scarey I can hardly move. Is this normal to be afraid, why do I feel this way?

Ok my mom has a lot of nightmares with demons and devils. In her dreams she says she is being followed by the devil and that the devil is on top of her (trying to rape her). I know that in the past her father messed around with some of that stuff and he was I’m not sure if possesed but i know he encountered the devil.My mother had to deal with it growing up and untill I would say her 30′s.About 6 years before my grandfather died he had given himself into god. I have done some research on her types of dreams but I want to know if maybe some of the things she dreams about could be because of her past.even though she never got into the things with the devil could it be because of the things she had to face because of her father?
